Our products are original CityFurnus designs. We have our own design team and manufacturing facilities that create distinctive lighting products with high-quality materials and craftsmanship. Each product represents our unique style and standards.
2. Why are your prices so affordable?
We focus exclusively on online sales, eliminating the costs of physical stores. Since our products come directly from our factories, we maintain reasonable prices while ensuring top-tier quality.
3: I changed my mind. Can I return or exchange the item?
Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery in the U.S. Items must be new or slightly used (tried at home but not permanently installed or altered) and include all original parts and packaging. A pre-paid return label is included in your package—if it’s missing, email support@cityfurnus.com and we’ll send a new one for free. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Exchanges are also available within 30 days.
4. Do you replace parts damaged during shipping for free?
Yes, we offer free replacements for shipping or manufacturing defects. Provide photos/videos as proof of the issue.
5. What if I encounter problems during installation?
- Check all parts one week before installation.
- Our fixtures are designed for easy installation by a standard electrician.

Where are CityFurnus products made?
Our fixtures are manufactured in Asia through vetted partner factories. For U.S. orders, we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)—we prepay import duties and import-related fees, so you won’t be charged additional customs at delivery.

Warranty & Certifications
- 3-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects only; normal wear and tear, improper installation/use, accidental damage, and acts of nature are not covered.
