Warranty Policy

We offer a three-year warranty for our products (excluding the bulbs).

Within 3 years, if there are any issues or questions about the product, please contact us at support@cityfurnus.com with pictures and videos of the problems you are experiencing. We will reply to emails within 12 hours and provide solutions for the issues.

• If the issues are related to accessories, we will send you a free replacement by express, and you should receive them in 9–10 business days.
• If the issue is caused by the electrical circuit, our engineer will assist you in resolving the problem within 1–2 business days.

(Please ensure a professional electrician installs the products.)

Note: Damages caused by improper use, man-made damage, or natural disasters are not covered by our warranty policy.

After 3 years, we still provide technical support to help resolve issues, but replacements and technical assistance will be chargeable.
