30-Day Returns (New & Slightly Used) & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. For orders delivered within the United States, CityFurnus accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products, and we also accept exchanges.
Return Window & Condition
- Window: 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
- Condition: New or slightly used. “Slightly used” means tried at home but not permanently installed or altered (no cut/stripped wires, drilling, missing parts, or damage). Please include all original accessories, hardware, and manuals.
Method & Fees
- Method: By mail via our designated carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS).
- Return label: A pre-paid return label is included in your package. If it’s missing, email us and we’ll issue a new label at no cost.
- Fees: No restocking fee. Return shipping is free when you use our label.
How to Return
- Prepare your item: Pack the product in original packaging with all parts included. Affix the included pre-paid label.
- Ship: Drop it off with the carrier shown on the label. If you need a new label, contact us at support@cityfurnus.com.
- Refund timing: Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. We’ll email you a confirmation.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days. We can ship the replacement as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier or after we receive it.
Warranty
All non-bulb products are covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item arrives defective or develops a fault within the warranty period, email support@cityfurnus.com with photos/video and your order number.
