Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

This is the time between when you place your order and when we hand it off to the carrier. We process all orders Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Standard orders: 2–3 business days to process
  • Cut-off time: Orders placed by 5:00 PM MST (UTC-7) Monday–Friday will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST or on weekends/holidays will start processing the next business day.

Shipping Transit Time

This is the time the carrier takes to deliver your package to you, Monday–Friday only.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to become active and update properly.

Post-Shipment Updates

After your order has shipped, our customer service team will automatically send you email updates with the latest tracking status and any important notices. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to reach out to us at support@cityfurnus.com.

Delayed Delivery

If you haven’t received your package after the above timeframe, email us at support@cityfurnus.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
