The CityFurnus Vassar Crown Chandelier offers a 3-color dimming function, allowing selection between Warm Light (3000K), Neutral Light (4500K), and Cool Light (6000K), ideal for various indoor settings. This chandelier features shell glass that provides an even and gentle illumination.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting CityFurnus and we will provide you with the most pleasant shopping experience. In order to track your order, please contact CityFurnus (support@cityfurnus.com) so that we can provide you with a tracking number for your order.

Order Processing Time

It is the time elapsed between the time a customer places an order and the time the seller delivers the order to the courier. Generally, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after order confirmation/payment. For special orders a processing time of 5-9 business days is required. Delays may occur for orders placed on weekends.

Our warehouse only operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In such cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

CityFurnus offers free standard shipping on all orders.

Note: For package size over 40″, we will choose ocean shipping according to the situation, and the ocean shipping time is about 35-45 days. We will communicate with customers in advance. If the customer’s package is oversized, but you want to get the product quickly, you can contact us (support@cityfurnus.com).

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time (depending on your location)

Tracking

You will receive an email when your order is shipped out. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays. Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

If you are unable to track your package properly, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Out of Delivery Time

If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at support@cityfurnus.com and we will promptly verify the situation with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellation

We understand that for some reason you want to cancel or modify your order, we can help you cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being initiated, but you cannot cancel if the goods have already been delivered to logistics. If you do not like the goods, you can initiate a return request after you have received them.

About Taxes

In a few cases, orders may be subject to customs fees charged by your government, not our website, and you will be responsible for these fees. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on customs fees, duties and taxes.

Tariff of orders from US are already covered by CityFurnus and no additional duties are required.

Breakage in Transit

In rare cases breakage can occur, but crushing and bumping in transit cannot be ruled out as a cause of part breakage, please contact us and we will replace the broken part for you free of charge.

Return & Refund Policy

We provide our customers with a shopping experience by appointment, so we offer returns within 30 natural days (we accept returns within 30 natural days after the customer receives the product, returns are limited to quality issues). However, for products purchased on our platform (excluding bulbs), we offer a 3 years warranty. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in new/unused condition to be eligible for a refund. If the product has been installed, it cannot be returned.

Return Procedure

CityFurnus’s return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your shipment. If your order has been delivered for more than 30 days, then we will not be able to provide you with a return service.

You only need to do three steps to complete the return process:

  1. Process the return
    Before you initiate a return, please contact our customer service (support@cityfurnus.com) and explain the reason (pictures and video are in the appendix). Once the request is successful, our customer service will give you a return information (including address, phone number and recipient information).
    Note: Please do not send the product directly to our shipping address, we will not refund if this problem occurs.
  2. Packaging
    Please make sure they are in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that all parts of all items being returned are completely sealed in their original packaging, including all original packaging materials.
  3. Shipping
    Prior to shipping, please take photographs of the inside and outside of the package as a record to show that the product is indeed in its original condition. We strongly recommend that you use an insured, traceable shipping method to return your items. You are free to choose the shipping company to ship the product back to us. (You must pay shipping costs in advance). (If the problem is quality related, we will refund your shipping costs). If you choose to request a signature upon shipment, please make sure the shipping company allows us to sign the back of the notice so they can reship the product without any problems.

Once shipped, please take a photo of the receipt and tracking number (if the product is damaged, be sure to attach the breakage details) and send it to us at support@cityfurnus.com.

Once the product is received, we will check its unused, undamaged and original packaging. When we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned, we will issue a refund within 10 business days. For non-quality issues we will only refund the original price of the product and we will deduct the shipping costs (purchase price – shipping costs). Once the return is complete, we will also send you a confirmation email.

We will issue the refund in the same way as your previous payment channel. If you paid with a debit or visa card, it will take 7-10 business days. It will be returned in the same manner. If you want to get it back quickly, you can contact your local banking service.

Cancellation of Orders

We understand that for some reason you want to cancel or modify your order, we can help you cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being initiated, but you cannot cancel if the goods have already been delivered to logistics. If you do not like the goods, you can initiate a return request once you have received them.

Exchange of Goods

An exchange is the equivalent of returning the goods and repurchasing them.

Return of Goods

We must receive the returned products before we can issue any refunds. If we do not receive the product for any reason, such as the customer refusing to send the product back, or the customer refusing to accept the package, causing the shipping agent to destroy the package, we will not be able to issue any refunds.

Production of Defective or Damaged Items

We will replace damaged parts in transit free of charge as long as you notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. If the damage is severe, we will replace the product free of charge. You can refer to the return procedure for details.

Good Quality, Easy to Install

Bought this for my living room. It looks really nice and the shell glass gives a soft glow. Took me about an hour to install, but the instructions were clear. Would recommend.

Decent but nothing special

It does the job. The light is good and the chandelier looks fine. Nothing amazing, but it's not bad either. Just an average product.

Not quite what I expected

The chandelier looks okay, but the gold finish isn't as shiny as I thought it would be. Also, the wire length is a bit short for my high ceiling. Still, it works fine.

Nice Chandelier

Just got this chandelier installed. The 3-color dimming works great! Warm light is perfect for cozy evenings. Installation was a bit tricky but manageable. Overall, happy with the purchase.
